Sustainability professional with a 17-year track-record in environmental auditing, climate change mitigation and corporate science-based target-setting. Paola helped launch and grow the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) (2014-2021). Currently, she is part of the Technical Advisory Group of the SBTi, advising on the development of the initiative’s technical resources for science-based target-setting for climate.

In 2022 she founded 21 HOLISTIK, and since then she has been collaborating with some of the most influential NGOs working on science-based action, including the Science Based Targets Network, where she is currently leading a validation pilot.

Fernanda Delgado

Climate and Nature Manager - 21 HOLISTIK

BSc Environmental Engineering - Universidad de Guanajuato

Environmental engineer eager to contribute to the global goals of sustainable development and to build a net-zero economy. Fernanda has relevant experience working with companies, government, academia, and NGOs on decarbonization strategies. Fernanda worked with the Carbon Trust as a policy expert, focusing on international carbon markets and carbon pricing. In 21 HOLISTIK, she develops content and conducts training for companies and their suppliers. She was part of the 2023 UNGC Climate Ambition Accelerator.

Lea Fink

Enthusiastic corporate sustainability professional with a holistic and science-based approach to environmental action and a passion for impact campaigning and public speaking.

Lea spent four years working at CDP and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), managing CDP’s global Commit to Action program, working with the world’s most impact companies to commit to a net-zero future via the SBTi Business Ambition for 1.5°C and Race to Zero as well as to switch to renewables via the RE100 initiative.

Currently, she is a sustainability consultant at the consulting arm of WWF Germany.

Passionate corporate sustainability professional. Rebekah worked in the SBTi hosted by WWF South Africa for 4 years, specializing in target reviews, corporate engagement, operations, and sector research. She is one of the authors of the SBTi Aviation methodology. She currently works as the Director at Earthbound Consulting, a boutique carbon consultancy based in South Africa, wherein she focuses on advising clients on their corporate climate mitigation journey, emissions accounting, and formulating science-based targets.

Sarah Savage

Communications specialist - 21 HOLISTIK

BA English Literature and French - University of Oxford

Sarah is a freelance communications specialist based in the UK, with over a decade’s experience in strategic communications, media and campaigns in the not-for-profit and environmental sectors.  

Most recently Sarah led the global, cross-partner communications team of the Science Based Targets initiative, where she set and implemented a multi-channel global communications strategy targeting businesses, financial institutions, policymakers and funders. 

Prior to this she was Senior Communications Manager at environmental NGO CDP, working to drive action on climate change, water security and deforestation among companies, investors, policymakers and cities worldwide.

Sarah is a fluent French speaker and has worked in the press office of France’s embassy in London. She holds a degree in English Literature and French from the University of Oxford.

Her areas of expertise are media and communication.
